Who is this program designed for?

  • Any field sport athlete such as GAA players, hockey players, soccer players, rugby players and anyone who wants to improve their initial acceleration over the first 30 meters.
  • Anyone who wants to improve their maximum sprinting speed.
  • Anyone who wants to improve their lateral movement quickness.
  • Athletes who are suffering from recurring injuries such as hamstring pulls, calf strains, thigh strains. Learn how to eliminate these injuries fast.
  • Anyone who wants to learn the biomechanics of the human body for maximum running efficiency.
  • Anyone who wants to learn about force production and how it applies to sprint speed improvement.
  • People who want to improve their running speed over shorter running distances such as 1 mile.

  • Speed development focus on acceleration phase of running ( the first 10-15 yards)
  • Major focus on acceleration movement patterns to maximise change of pace.
  • Mobility and flexibility exercises
  • Plyometrics exercises to maximise force production
  • Strength and conditioning exercises specific to speed development
  • Identification and removal of any weakness that might impede speed development eg hamstrings or core
  • Comprehensive video tutorials of all exercises and drills
