One-to-one Online Coaching

Our online coaching is designed for those who can’t meet with a personal trainer on a regular basis. We have comprehensive packages which will cover all the key areas that a face to face personal training partnership would have.

  • Reduced cost – Online coaching is cheaper than face to face training as you receive guidance on as many sessions as your schedule and fitness allows.
  • Identical results – If the communication is relayed effectively then the results should be identical.
  • Accountability – Having someone to check in with weekly means you will feel the need to complete your sessions daily and weekly

You are not alone on your journey. I will be with you every step of your fitness journey, we will communicate weekly and I will help with motivation, and encouragement so we get the results you wants and achieve your body goals.

What’s Included?

  • A optional nutrition program specific to losing body fat and building an aesthetic physique, tailored to your body and lifestyle.
  • Resistance, cardio, flexibility and mobility exercises.
  • Video tutorials of all exercises on the program.
  • Information pack detailing training tips including rest times, recovery techniques, breathing techniques etc.
  • Working one-to-one with your dedicated coach.
  • Weekly check-ins with your coach to make adjustments as required. This is done through, WhatsApp video & Zoom.
  • Monthly assessment with your coach to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments.
  • A formal review every 3 months to revise your goals, strategy, and training plan.
  • Comprehensive Information Package that includes tips, educational content and instructions.
  • Personal dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Unlimited communication with your coach via WhatsApp messages/voice.

Training Program Details

  • Training Cycles – A new program will be designed for you every 3-5 weeks, depending on the length of your training cycle. Training progressions are based on your performance and progress.
  • Your fitness level – Our programs are 100% tailored to you. Even if you have no experience with resistance training our information pack and video tutorial make it incredibly easy to understand and follow. If you have experience we will design a program that will focus less on the technical side of the exercises and more on the volume and intensity of your workouts so you get maximum results.
  • Gym, bodyweight or bands – We cater for any facilities or equipment that may be available to you. If you don’t have access to a commercial gym that is no problem, we will design your program to suit what is available to you – this may include home workouts with no equipment where we will rely on bodyweight. If you wish to include more resistance then a band workout can be designed specifically for you. And of course home gym and commercial gym workouts are readily available. We will gather all facility and equipment availability via a comprehensive questionnaire.

Nutrition Program Details

  • Tailored nutritional targets and/or habit goals are provided to help ensure you are consuming enough macro nutrients to ensure protein synthesis for muscle repair and growth, while consuming the correct amount of calories to shape your body to your preferred dimensions (muscle size) while still losing body fat.
  • Flexible dieting designed for longevity which is vital to sustained fat loss.
  • Adjustments made where necessary to ensure constant progress.


How will I be charged?

The money will be debited from your bank account every month and is cancelable any time you choose.

Will I be training every day?

Training sessions are typically 3-4 times per week, but of course programs can be designed to range from 2-6 sessions per week.

How many sessions will I have to complete to see results?

Each training program is designed for the individual, so each person’s results will vary. However we guarantee a significant change to each person’s body with a 3 month cycle of the program.

How do I receive the sessions?

All sessions are sent via Google drive and are designed to be clearly understood by beginners.

How long will it take to receive my program?

Given the complexity of designing a comprehensive program that will take in numerous variables for each individual, it may take up 1 week but generally delivery time is 3-7 days.

How is the video check-in completed?

Video check-ins are done through whatever video application you are most comfortable using, Zoom or WhatsApp.
