How will I be charged?

The money will be debited from your bank account every month and is cancellable any time you choose.

Will I be running every day?

No, running every day will inevitably result in an injury or recurring niggle that hinders performance. Running sessions are typically 3-4 times per week. The week begins with an endurance session and progressively gets faster and shorter as the week progresses.

How many days per week resistance training?

Resistance training can be completed twice weekly and gains visible results in both physique an performance times.

How many sessions in the week will I have to complete?

Each training program is designed for the individual so there is no set number of sessions. The key to consistency and progression is to not overload the body, so the sessions number will vary from week to week, ranging from 3-6 sessions.

How much time exactly will I reduce my running times by?

This is impossible to give exact numbers as each individual is different. However if you are a beginner runner who runs a 5km at 27 minutes, it can be safely estimated that we can bring that down to sub 34 minutes with the 3 months, and possibly lower depending on a range or variables.

Will I be able to reduce or prevent injuries?

Prevention of injuries is not 100% guaranteed from beginner to elite level athletes, however all injuries are caused by something we do or do not do so identification of these causes can greatly reduce injuries.

How do I receive the sessions?

All sessions are sent via Google drive and are designed to be clearly understood by beginner runners.

How long will it take to receive my program?

Given the complexity of designing a comprehensive running program (that will take in numerous variables for each individual) it may take up 1 week, but generally, delivery time is 3-7 days.
